New Rurouni Kenshin vid (NOT ovas) - 'Don't Wake Me'
This vid is titled 'Don't wake me,' and uses the REM song, Losing My Religion. Featuring Kenshin and Sanosuke, this is told from Kenshin's point of view. Lots more detail in the vid description.

I have been here, just not been posting as much becuase I am using a proxy computer. Also because I broke up with my girlfriend recently. But I am moving in a friends apartment soon and I will have more time to perform reviews.Gagh! Hello stranger. Heh, haven't seen you around much lately. Very nice to see you post.

Hehe I'm in love with FAST VIDS ~_~ and you know whyArigatomyna wrote:^_^ Before you ask, this vid went through a lot of different versions so no, it's not that new. Hey I have to watch more times to find the "troubles" that you make a mention

Nothing usefull here .

Heh, believe me, you'll know when I pull out Premiere - can we say layers? Lol. That's the only thing I really want in my vids that I can't do right now. I'm definitely going to see about doing that, but I'll still do my general editing in wmm - it's my baby these days. ^_^Paulo wrote:Wow! ^_^
What a great vid!![]()
Hehe looks like that you use Premiere to make this vid ^_~
I liked ti the effects that you use .......................HEY.... I didn't knew it that WMM had it those effects !
![]()
COOL!
And yes! It has a *lot* of other effects I've never touched. I just really like the flim fuzz (not the real name for it) with guitar music...it just feels good together and you can still see the footage (unlike white flashes and other effects).
I'm really glad you liked the vid. ^_^

Well, I really like fast vids if I know the footage. It's harder with ones where I don't know what I'm looking at, but I enjoy the quick-paced vids. They're just fun to watch. ^_^Paulo wrote:Hehe I'm in love with FAST VIDS ~_~ and you know why![]()
Hey I have to watch more times to find the "troubles" that you make a mention, yeah I'll left some ops ...... hehe but I'm gonna make a review in your DBZ vid first and then in this one
And the problems I mention mostly are the effects. I did the vid once without them (my usual editing style) with the scenes matched to the guitar and the sound of the lyrics and a few cuts on the steady drums. But then it seemed odd since some of the shots were mostly still images. So I added effects on every beat. And then it was too much, so I cut them down to every other beat after the first section, left them out of the guitar section (no drum = no effects) and kept it at that. This poor vid went through heck with me. I still can't believe how many clips I cut it into adding and removing and changing these little effects. Wmm doesn't like working with a lot of clips, and I had over 2000 in the final video. Let's just say I couldn't preview where I layed the effects and it took 5 minutes for each one I added to keep it from locking up. ^_^;;; I'm never doing that again.
And don't worry about a review if you're rushed. Just getting verbal feedback is always nice. ^_~
