Forum rules
Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Beautiful! Especially liked the buildup in the first two thirds. Ending was a bit too actiony but still decent. Overall very powerful and effective editing. Great job!

I thought I'd go to my grave without enjoying a single TTGL video, but the world likes to prove me wrong. Yay...?
This could've easily been another completely angsty or action-oriented video but you took a much more meaningful approach to it and I loved every second of it. I don't even have anything more worth saying because it hit all the right notes and was just generally great

I have so many of your videos in my favourites on youtube at this point that the fat tsunderbird noise is ingrained into my memory of the songs you use, help

So much this, but if anyone could make a TTGL video that I liked it was probably going to be you. This one definitely took me by surprise, I just love the way you told the story and you have this knack for making me care about characters I know nothing about (I've never seen TTGL). Seriously fantastic, as always, and every video you put out just totally rocks my world, I love it, please don't stop kthx.

Also holy crap I forgot about Sleeping At Last, I need to check up on them.

As a huge fan of Gurren Lagann I was really thrilled to see such a non-conventional amv with this amazing source! This is not what people usually make with this anime, and that's really great, because Gurren Lagann is not only action and mecha, but also feeeeeeeeels, which you expressed very well in your video! Although at some parts it felt a little bit slowish, but that didn't prevent me from liking this a lot! <3 Good job! :3

haha thank you so much xD the truth behind this vid is that i'm a dirty dirty hipster and hadn't watched the series until i decided to make the vid >> it was too popular but seriously it's amazing and deserves all the love it gets. and yessss i know D: saturn came up on my music shuffle and it took all my willpower to not scrap this vid and make the vid with that song instead @_@

yay thank you! i feel like i totally know which parts are too slow >> i'm working on cleaning up my editing and becoming more consistent but my attention span betrays me Dx

Great vid! I'm happy to see you continuing to make simple and genuine AMVs. Well made, not flashy or complicated, just genuinely good and I can see your sentiments coming through the video as a fan of the show.
