Technically speaking, it had a lot of issues. There were credits overlaid, watermarks, your own "Blame it on 2011" watermark, as well black borders on the left/right/top/bottom. These are all really distracting to viewers, and just take away from the experience.
I can overlook technical issues if the video was edited well enough, but this just didn't do it for me. To me, it seemed like a lot of different openings slapped to the 2011 mix song. You tried lyric sync [boom boom boom on cannon shots, and dancing scenes during the dancing lrics], but it was just too random because you didn't transition well between these sources, and the parts that you did put over the lyrics didn't sync well. With this kind of song, you've really got to rely on internal sync. Plus, the bits at the middle with the Evangelion manga M@D came out of no-where. Anyway, the big problem was that scenes ran way too long.
Although I'll admit that you did have a few cute scenes that worked well [:19-:20, . Some of the scenes also worked well and could have been great with some more polish.
Maybe I'm biased because of 2009: A Good Good Year, but seeing non-2011 footage in this killed the concept for me. I mean, why not highlight just anime in 2011 for that extra spark of interesting aspects.
If you have fun editing these mash ups, then I think you ought to a) get them technically well done and b) focus more on sync. Because you've got a good idea and you look like you have fun doing these, but they just need more love to really make them shine.
