Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Its probably not the video or the speakers. It might be a different mp3 decoder that some people have.

I had a problem with that a while back. Some mp3 codecs can do weird things when played with another codec.
I use LAME for my new videos and they play fine on my computer but when i play them on my divx dvd player they sometimes make weird poping sounds during the video.

Got round to watching it today.. I liked it! Good song too.

Now for some small crit..
The lipflap didn't bother me since I'm working with Haruhi footage again and it IS impossible to remove it all unless you're into photoshopping almost every damn frame.. but my main gripe was the "live" footage. Everyone seems to use it in videos like these and stuff like that really does have to be lipsynched to work properly - otherwise it just looks.. overused, messy and kinda ruins the parts of the video it's used in, to be honest.
Some videos can make it work, some can make it look.. pretty damned pointless. Yours was kind of borderline. There was point to it but I think it should've been introduced earlier for bigger impact in the video. It's a hard thing to pull off. :?

(Hence, why I'm steering away from it altogether.. too much work for someone as lazy as me to take on, cleaning up all of those damned frames )

Though that didn't ruin the video too much. Still very enjoyable and watchable, and it's always good to see some more Haruhiism! Yayyy!

I think most probably 90% of everyone here uses lame mp3 codec to encode their audio ;p

it could be the codec though, especially if you didn't use lame.

I didn't notice any glaring errors when I played it the first time, but I don't have the file with me here at work to double check. I'll check when i get home.

   or (as I'd said for a FEW years now) it could be mp3s all together lol. Bah...
