ConverttoYV12()
right after AVIsource and before deen.
See if that works. However, unless it specifically states that the error is a colorspace error (and not just "line x"), I'm not sure if that's the direct problem.

Simple explanation: Deen requires the video it operates on to be in the YV12 colorspace.
