No, really, the theme and idea isn't meant for everyone, of course. But I assure you, that I chose the scenes pretty carefully (like avoiding the other girl bits, concentrating on the train scenes, etc.).

Well regardless of how careful you may have been, when watching the video I don't see the adulthood, or missed chances idea coming through very well, which I think could have made the video a lot better as a whole. The train scene being repeated like that may be good symbolism for him loosing the girl over and over again, and sounds good theoretically, but I just don't think it worked very well, it's just my opinion tho. But then, if you're just going to reply to criticism that way, I guess me posting my thoughts is just a waste of time.

"it's just my opinion though" - exactly. I see it going through very well, though I can't stop thinking about switching first and second vers footage. Maybe it would be better, maybe not.

There are pros and cons for everything~

(btw, adulthood theme wasn't meant to be the main one, so I gave it less time. The not-train parts are mainly just providing background to how, where and why - because without them, it would be too much without giving out anything)

The voice felt not so important as to add an effect, since it's... a voice, ya know.
The change at the end has even "two" effects there (not mentioning the bluring on the noises after) - but they are pretty small, so they might be hard to notice ^^;

AND break the whole concept. That's how I see it. If you say "this music has this scene" and in the end change it without explanation, it's like you don't even bother. THAT'S what I call random editing.

Voice is an entity, which has completely different sync requirements than noise. I decided, that in this case it doesn't need syncing, because it doesn't really enhance the audio itself that much and it would only take the attention from the effects around. The decision might be bad, but it was mine and I stand my point.

Also, if you think you could've done better, go and do it. It's easy to bitch about things like "You raped my fav song, the vid sucks and AMV is good only because the song is good". YOU didn't get to edit it whole, to fight the encodes for a few hours just to get this crappy quality. And honestly, your opinion is from 80% just offending me.

I repeat, it is in no way senseless. The fact that I spent so little time on it doesn't change the fact that I tried my hardest to get it done good (and that idea was lying in my head for "months", so it came out rather completed). I don't make senseless vids, even though I probably "could". The fact that you don't see the sense in it doesn't change it, maybe I just made it too hard to grasp... or you suck at getting sense of such narratives.
