While I found your video to be all right, I just liked sfrizzomania much more and considering how it's the same combo and pretty much similar concept... heh... I wasn't able to enjoy it as much as other people could.
The effects didn't work too well and felt overdone in quite a few spots. Having the video embedded in the head of the guy for the whole time wasn't exactly that nice and entertaining, nor felt I as it added anything to the video as a whole. Also, the sync and scene selection just didn't work well enough for me... I mean, technically it was all well synced, but I just didn't enjoy the way you synced, and the scenes just didn't seem fitting enough for the song. The latter one might as well just be 'cause of I keep thinking of "sfrizzomania" and so I automatically consider that to be the way this song should be edited with FLCL.
Again, I wasn't exactly able to enjoy this one, but then again I can't completely fault you for that. I'll just rate it 3/5 I suppose, as I think you did do your best for this. Just watch out for effects next time: if they are tasteless, they often just detract from the overall enjoyment.
