Sakura,
I'm not entirely sure how I feel about this AMV.
It depresses me, and that's a good and bad. The reason it's a good thing is because, as I have said before, emotional context is usually the most important aspect for me (unless the video is action, then emotion is less of a concern). And I tend to put emotional context above any other aspect. I can forgive a lot if the video moves me.
It's bad because I don't enjoy being depressed, obviously. And your ending is especially disturbing because it ends on such a distressing note. I don't feel there was any emotional resolution, but rather you left me in a state where the message is almost Linkin Parkesque. "She got so far, and tried so hard, but in the end it doesn't even matter." And it makes me want to cry in the dark and cut myself... Okay, so maybe not, but it did leave a bitter taste in my mouth, and so review is personally low but....
See, this is my dilemma. Is this really your fault I have such a bad reaction to unhappy artistic representations? I think you did an outstanding job, and yet "enjoy" is not a word I can associate with your vid. I perhaps I'll settle with...
Your video moved me very much, and that is to be commended.

Emong: glad you liked the story-line and you should know by now I'm a lyric-syncer;P
Koop: thanks
Kionon: I'm not sure what to say to ya, the point of the video is depressing because the song is about heartbreak and I ketp that in mind when making this, while I am sorry it made you depress(and please don't go into the dark) you just poved that my video has the emotional impact I wanted and I had moved you and I'll thank you for that. Also trust me this isn't the most depressing video on the org, you should see my playlist lol. Also "Linkin Parkesque" come on, hehe
Anyway glad ya all liked it

The quality of this wasn't as clear as AtomX's creation. Apart from that no other big problems. Maybe that you overdid the glow on some scenes, but that's not fatal. So far each of the 3 videos on this awsm movie has its own atmosphere. The idea that she is watching herself falling from the bike was quite original ^^

In my defence I had the RAWs while AtomX's footage came from the dvd, which I do plan to buy when it's relased here, and if it's not I'll buy it online then in 3 months it would be out dub(happen to me with all my inu movies T.T)
I didn't really mess with the glow effect but it seems alittle over the top because of all the light colors and the fact she wearing a white shirt and has light skin. I did try something about that but nothing looked right when I tried.
Anyway thanks for saying the part with the bike was original, that was the 1st part that pop into my head when making this.
glad people seem to like this vid, I'm pretty happy with the result

This was a pretty neat video. However, the flow was sorely lacking - I felt that as soon as the video started feeling smooth, a cut or scene change would destroy it. I think you could have worked a little harder on matching the video with the rhythm of the music.
However, I actually (surprisingly) really really enjoyed the love (or antilove, whichever) story you had going on. And those scenes with the girl looking at herself ride into the train...absolutely brilliant.
So basically, great storytelling and mood-setting, but you need to work heavily on making the video feel properly aligned with the music.
3/5, but really one of the best storytelling AMVs I've seen in the last week or so.
