  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

It kinda reminds me of "Sentance" in a manner of editing ( type of masking and the "Dust & scratches" effect). Great flow, but sometimes maybe you should've faded instead of cutted. Quality could've used some more filtering though, since sometimes there are noticable pixelisations. Other than that it's a pretty good video. :)

On the other hand, I've heard it. There is a pretty decent Samurai X video to it that I downloaded a couple of months ago, I think. Really sad and moving song. But I digress.

About the video: I liked it, but I was a little confused. I imagine actually seeing the series would (will, because I get Cartoon Network) help.

I dunno about the effects though. I felts that the shaky film effect was a bit overdone and distracting. I also didn't like how there was often a character on the bottom edge of the screen. I felt it was distacting as well.

I guess I don't like it as much as some, though I found it moving in spite of the flaws I mentioned. Thought I'd post anyway, though.

I don't understand how all the people who haven't seen Fullmetal Alchemist yet are watching a video with such spoilers... I've seen up to 27 and not even I'm watching it without seeing something spoiling. :?

I have yet to see this show, but I can at least comment on the editing.

The flow is very nice and although it doesn't hit on "every beat" or whatever...it doesn't need to. I think some times songs don't demand that and this is one of those cases.

In short, the editing was great and I hope to watch the show some time in the near future.

Haven't you ever stared watching a series from the very last episode down to the first? ..... I know I have lol ^.^'

Great Video Hakura, it's great that you chose an Evanescence song which isn't all beats and so on and isn't my immortal ^.^ hehehe :D. Keep it up.
