Thank you guys for liking this sooo much! Especially because I step out of my comfort zone and I'm glad it seems to be paying off ^^

The parallels between the live action and anime shots were really great, even if they didn't always focus on the same characters. My only complaint would be that the ending seemed too sudden to me. I don't know if thats the original cut of the song, but I can't help but wonder if a longer fadeout would have been possible.

But yeah, I agree with Kireblue.

Yeah...I wanted a slow ending to like fade out and leaving the con the real ending of the song was just tooo wierd in my opinion. But I'm still glad you liked it ^^.

So I wrote a comment but then somehow it VANISHED. Maybe I didn't actually post it, I just dreamed about it. BUT I love this video so much gonna rewrite it.

As a sentimental I think this video is FANTASTIC. It is filled with sentiment. I told you this over the weekend, but your videos are always filled with so much passion, whether for the source, song or idea. This is no exception. It is so filled with sentiment - no otaku can watch this WITHOUT having feels. You do an excellent job illustrating all the aspects of Otaku Convention Culture (The cosplay, the art, the buying of Otaku goods) I love that little cut between the manga anime and then to Artist Alley - THAT'S FREAKING COOL!

Seguing into my next part: The Editing. The Editing in this is bomb dot com. Your editing is always pretty good, but this just takes the portal cake. The match cuts between the live action and anime are perfectly placed and executed, the pans are not too abrasive and feel natural. You do a good job blending the live action camera motion into your edited motion. It's just really sweet and easy on the eyes.

Conceptually this is a creative idea. And no one has really done it. So YES. Creativity = very yes.

Overall I think this video is amazing, and my favorite from you. My only complaint is that the end is a little weak compared to the whole product but I don't even care. You shouldn't even care. This is a vision well executed and you should be proud. I hope you win everything ever with this.

It's a cute video, no doubt, but comments about it being the first if its kind are kinda... off. I've seen a number of similar videos on YouTube and I'm on my phone atm so I can't link any specific examples but I know there was a Raise Your Glass video that won a fan pandering award at AWA 3-4 years ago (Edit: I found it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qyEebxCCvvA) and there was another at Dragoncon the same year. I can't fault it elsewhere, It's definitely got some o dem anime fan feelz, but it's not a newly discovered concept. >_>

Sweetness! If you have time I'd love to get those links! My version honestly just started out as a school project that I expanded ^^

Yeah, and let's not forget Busters 3 from back in 2003...not exactly the same but has a similar focus. Both give me all the con feels.
