How About a Pair of Fullmetal Alchemist AMVs?

Post by Heathenesque » Sat Oct 21, 2006 1:38 pm

Okay, so... I've been a member here for awhile, I just never promoted anything I've made because I'm still learning. And some of them are pretty bad.

However... The most recent two I've made are good enough (in my opinion), to show off.

So without further adeu...

Things Have Changed

This is a song by Bob Dylan, and I used all clips from the "Conqueror of Shamballa" for this. So yes, there are spoilers.

Midnight Homunculus

Okay, okay, I admit I am not the greatest with titles, and I know this song has been done to FMA several times. I, personally, haven't seen this song done featuring primarily the homunculi (that doesn't mean it's not out there, and if someone points me to it, I'll cheefully stand corrected).

Again, spoilers galore. Along with blood, violence, and general creepiness...

Just in time for Halloween!

Comments are welcome, concrit is cherished!

The first one I didn't like so much because of all the box effects, the second one, yeah, that combo has been done alot. But at least you had a "darker" theme with the Humonculi, instead of just random action like most of them.

Thanks! :D

I've been doing this for less than a year, and pretty much self-taught. "Things Have Changed" was my first step into using overlays, and I agree I probably overdid it! ^^;;

I try to improve with each AMV I make. I like to think I've succeeded at least that much. But concrit helps. Even a small crit can make a big difference.

I appreciate the comment on "Mitternacht". Some of the timing was a bear! And I thought at first it would be fairly easy.

Maybe one day I'll figure out Photoshop and Premier and I might be able to add SFX .

Hi, just wanted to poit out that you should always compress the audio (almost everybody here uses MP3, so do I).

You can do that in VirtualDub(Mod).

I Liked your second video very nice and for someone who isn't as experienced as some of the other guys here I think you have a bright future, just keep practicing :)

I also made a FMA Shamballa video recently :D
