Hi, let me start off by saying that I haven't seen the anime so I won't comment on the story, just the overall things you need to look out for.
This isn't too bad for a first amv actually, it seemed to fit the beats in quite a few places, especially when there was a lul in the music. It also generally went with the ups and downs in the music.
Try and do that through out the whole music video, though, because in other places the music wasn't followed. Like in the action sequences and in particular towards the end at the dancing bit. The music went into a climax and she was lying on the floor asleep, for example. Another thing was that there were mouths moving that didn't go with the words, try and cut those out or make them fit the words by editing frame by frame. My final gripe is that in the beginning there were jitters and skips in the footage that had no reason, watch out for that.
On the whole though it was okay for a first vid. I hope my insights were helpful and keep at it.
