I, Kai K. Stromler, being more or less sound of mind and body, do hereby certify that on or about the 9th of May 2005, in the area of Dresden, Saxony, Federal Republic of Germany, I did compile, edit, and otherwise create an AMV deliberately intending to confuse, befuddle, vex, and disgust its putative audience. I attest to the following:

* The video was created from digisubs of between four and five years of age, despite that I own and had available the DVD source.
* The picture quality, degraded in these originals, was further impaired for deliberate effect.
* Odd compositive effects were used whenever possible in the editing process in order to add more noise which would then become signal.
* This video was edited and plotted with both Brechtian and deconstructivist principles in mind, with the deliberate aim of making any concrete analysis virtually impossible.
* The video was built from obscure audio and video sources to limit its innate general audience, and to alienate and strand viewers without a point of connection to it.
* This video was released in order to spread chaos and confusion, as mandated in the service of Loki.
