Delerium: A Seizure Video

Post by Anamorphic Productions » Tue May 25, 2004 8:54 am

My video, Delerium, has finally been uploaded (Dammned Xvid hates me, I swear).

It was the Anime North Grand Prize Winner this year (The Northern Lights Award) and I'm immensley happy with it.

I call it a seizure video because I was warned numerous times to include a seizure warning before submitting this- so consider yourselves warned! There are two to four layers of video 'flashing' during a majority of this AMV- so avoid it if you suffer from Epilepsy.

44 anime titles were used, and there's no "story' to this. Consider it a dance/action video designed to exploit the senses. Oh, and watching it in a dark room is, (quoting from a friend) "Pretty trippy".

I've uploaded this as fast as I could because I've had so many requests for it. I wouldn't mind seeing what all of you think as well.

That is quite possibly the most spastic video I've ever seen. Not that that's a bad thing mind you. ^_^

Once I regain control of the left side of my body, and am able to once again walk, I'll do my best to write an OP up for ya! :D

Seriously though, I thought it was a cool vid!

Hmmm, wasn't too big a fan of this one, sorry.

All the epileptic flashing got pretty old fast and it was kind of long for what it was. Still it had some cool moments and interesting comparisons between the different anime.

I'll give it 3 stars.

Joykiller: Glad you enjoyed the spastic ^^

Tobinhood: No worries. I know some people aren't going to like it, especially because there's no true 'point' to this beyond messing with your senses. Thanks for taking the time to watch it though.

Don't get me wrong, it wasn't a bad video, I thought some cool stuff was done. Just thought some of it could have been pulled off differently. Bah I don't wanna bother spamming your thread with an opinion. If I wanna say anything I'll leave an opinion, but don't expect one, I'm a lazy prick :P
