:O That was an interesting choice in song to use for that series. I liked it! I also noticed you cut back on the overlays, and I'm proud of you for it. It really makes your amazing sense of sync shine!

Re: Dotted Lines
I love your editing in this but I can't stand the anime source you used. I haven't seen the show so I'm not commenting on it in that sense, I just don't think it works well for AMVs, at least not in the few videos I've seen that use it. When all the dramatic tension comes from people sliding cards across the floor...it just looks comical, not serious. That, and the scene selection was really same-y...the second half of the video was just shots of characters dramatically playing a card game.
Apply this same editing to this same song with a different anime source and the video would be awesome.

Nice effects, I don't like this kind of music, but it works and the video is still enjoyable.

Dug the build, but it got super repetitive after the drop.

Re: Dotted Lines
thank you! yeah, i can understand how it might look to someone that hasn't watched the source. though i think it could work well for amvs in that sense, not particularly here, but if the focus were to be story rather than action/karuta. i appreciate the feedback.CrackTheSky wrote:I love your editing in this but I can't stand the anime source you used.
