Interesting opening credits. I like how that was integrated into the amv itself. Although the font at the bottom of "Angel Beats" was obvious not the same font and kind of had that "I do not belong here" feel to it.
A good feel to it. You had a good mood/feel in it, and the music/anime seemed to have a nice groove with each other. I'm happy to see that Angel Beats is taking the place of Haurhi Suzumiya in terms of band music videos.
The biggest thing that I think was off was the lyric sync. Granted, lyric sync doesn't HAVE to be the central focus, but when you've got "love" in such an impactful manner, and when it's repeated almost every other line it almost has to be a romance AMV, or have some sort of focus on that. Or even some sort of take on love.
Conceptually speaking, you went for a more dancy/techno amv, which I think you accomplished to some degree, but I think more scenes and more "speed" in some areas might have brought that out a little more. Some scenes were so long, and others were very out of place (why were they fighting the shadows again? Didn't have much to do lyrically, and didn't go with the lighthearted feel that the rest of the AMV had portayed at this point).
Effects wise, I loved the re-colors at the end, but the papayrus texture in the middle was oddly out of place for me.
As much as I critiqued, I did enjoy this AMV, and it's going into my work playlist, because it's something I personally enjoyed.

If others agree with me is an entirely different thing to consider.
