New K-ON AMV!!

This is the first time making an amv of this genre music.

What do you think?

Feedback would be great so I know what to do different for future amvs like this.

Note:
Please don't complain about the upscales, I upscale for quality reasons for various video sites.
Lower quality and more compatible video format versions will be added later to links.

I think this video is moving just too slow for the audio. Scenes are pretty random, playing too long and are pretty far off the flow of the music. Lots of lip flap and missed sync opportunities. A few good moments such as the feet tapping. I think it would have worked if you had cut the song in half and added a third more footage and timed it well. In a dance video you're not really expecting a story so it's ok that this didn't really have one, I see what you were trying to do, but I just think it needed more work. Audio like this really isn't easy to edit with, fast tempos require faster movement and that was just lacking a bit here. I think this video would actually be pretty cute if it were fixed up and timed a bit better. I hope you go back and re-edit this because it's something I'd definitely enjoy if it werent for the problems I mentioned earlier, as it is now its quite original for a dance vid unfortunately the editing issues overshadow that a bit

1 ) Daddy DJ Rippoff !
2 ) Animes and music don't fit at all
3 ) Pace of the amv isn't fast enough

Overall a Mediocore fan-amv you'd watch once, then get the song, and delete it afterwards.

Thanks for the detailed feedback, now I know what to fix.

I am definitly going to remake it now. It was my first attempt at a amv of this genre. I am probably going to wait till a few more episodes are released before I remake it now that there is interest in a better version.

Made it to experiment and only took about an hour and a half to complete (didn't want to spend a lot of time on the amv till I got some feedback because I am literally working on over 7 different amvs).

I usually spend 4-17 hours of editing for an amv (pure editing).
On some of my non anime fanmade music videos I have spent well over 20 hours finishing - google superdrunkenpenguin for my first video site account and look for Happy Feet + Salt Shaker Extended Remix.

I like electronic music, but I think K-ON is the best Rock, preferably be female vocalist like Edening!
