Nope, didn't like this at all. I usually can stand M@Ds, but this didn't really feel like a M@D. The biggest problem I had was that there was almost zero sync. You had a lot of camera movements and effects and such, but very little of it actually matched up with the music at all. It all felt very random, and the text was totally unnecessary. The song also didn't make very much sense, considering whatever concept you seemed to be going for...
Sorry man, this was really unpolished and just kind of all over the place. Didn't like it.

Re: M@D [Vann] Magic World
For once I'd have to disagree with Crackerz.
While I do think that it was random, and the sync wasn't perfect either. In spite of all that however, I did feel that it accomplished a flow of sorts, and along with that a mood.
The entire vid from beginning to the end felt very smooth, with nice camera movements and scene transitions. The Beautiful CG art had a big hand in this though.
One thing that did bother me though (As Ben pointed out) was the text, which I felt was REALLY not needed at all, entirely unrelated and just useless. It would have been different had they actually said relavent information, but things like "Beautiful" and "Horror" kinda felt off to me.
Either way, I enjoyed this, but it also wasn't anything particularly stand out about it and as such I'd rate it 3.5/5 rounded to 4/5.
Good job, your technical skills are most impressive.

A M@D from soul's team?
/dl
Though I kinda agree with Crack & Pas concerning some missing sync, I enjoyed it. And using this music makes it a lot more reviewable than other M@Ds.
Impressive work!
