I was quite skeptical at first, but in the end I'd say that I really enjoyed this. One thing that you're going to hear from everyone who watches this is that the video quality is just BAD...honestly, some of the worst I've seen in an AMV in a LONG time. You should really read the .org's guides to learn how to clean up your sources.
Also, one other thing that kinda bothered me was that scene where Naota is watching Haruko dance around as he stands in his doorway...that scene went on for WAY too long before there was a cut.
Other than those two (somewhat major) complaints, I have to say that you had a good thing going with the scene selection and overall flow. I especially liked the internal sync where Naota was running in front of the motorcycle, and his legs were moving to the drum roll. That was pretty clever
I also really liked the way you ended the video. Those scenes just seemed to fit just right. Actually all the footage fit with this song pretty much perfectly.
Overall, I'd give this a 3.5/5...pretty unique stuff, but some of the more technical details really need to be taken care of for your next video.

What?! A TMBG song I don't recognize?!
WTF
/instaget
EDIT: ...haaaayy.... you tricked meee! Thats not a TMBG song. =(
The video was pretty um (everything crackthesky said) No seriously, I've seen higher quality video on noobtube. It was okay I guess, other than the video quality though. I didn't mind the length of the dancing scene, it was funny to see how long it'd go on!

Thanks you guys, I really appreciated it.
CrackTheSky, yeah I felt the same way about the dancing scene though I didn't anything better to put in. Also, I'm glad you picked up on that syncing in the later scene I really worked hard to keep that and the lip syncing in.
Though yes, I know well about the quality.. but the sources where crap to begin(680x480 mpeg 1) wasn't much I could do about that, I had to get it done in a week and the dvdrips I was trying to torrent (fyi: pirating video is bad, yes but being dirt poor is even worst. though buying a copy from the makers even after you have a digital copy isn't as bad.) wasn't going fast enough so I had to use what I could find. Sorry. I'll put up a link to a higher rease later on when I have the dvdrips I need.
My only major complant, looking past quaility, was the lack of more technical editing, like better syncing with the beat and more smoother effects. Not much I can do without the FCP at the moment through.
For those who thought it was a TMBG song, sorry about that one to. this was my first post to the forum so I ended up doing it by hand and later finding out about that little bbcode [ vidid ].
And yes, I'm already working on a new one its to "I Want it all back", I'm still working on the videos so it make be a little wait. But I'm going to make sure its high quaility and worthy of the h264 encoding I support. ^_^
Thanks to all that took the time to have downloaded and watched this video. CrackTheSky, Thanks alot (^.^) your comment was the most helpfull. Mellechampion, and Scintilla; I'll make sure to add some options and comments on the vids I got from you if I haven't already.
- Peace and love
