fixed. Mp4s just a container, has nothing to do with quality ;pCornwiggle wrote:It was about nothing and had little synch...
Not only that, but the only good thing about H.264s is their quality...and you even managed to screw that up.
2/5

Knowing he can;t spend more than a few hours on a video without going nuts, he probably can't wait a few hours to do a proper 3 pass HQ encode of H264 either.
/downloading just to stay on topic... see if I can find anything at all constructive to say about the actual video

Edit:
/Sigh, how can you screw up aspect ration on raws, you get the source in the proper aspect ratio you know. D-greyman is 16:9. (or maybe you just forgot to set the aspect ratio flag in the encode. ) 720x480 is not a proper aspect ratio for online distro either, thats only for NTSC tv. in this case a good size wouldve been either 848x480 or 640x360.
That MP4 is indeed horrid, did you use the fastest settings possible? Also try filtering your video before compression to get better results. Theres plenty of guides on how do do all of the above in the guides section of the site.
The only positive thing I can realy say about this video is the sync was better than some of your previous ones. It still feels pretty random though. Half way descent sync alone isn't enough to keep vids around these days, when its so easy to do it now ;p
Edit again:
I was just thinking that how sometimes videos that are better than this endup knocked off the first page of the thread without ever getting a response, yet because of the events surrounding his threads lately, he gets all this attention. We are inadvertently supporting him while others that actually spend more than a few hours on their vids (IE actually try to do better) get little to no attention ;p
*goes to download all the 0 reply vids on the first page to offset this*
