Well I think Full Metal Alchemist has some pie in it. Who was it? Maes Hughes's wife? I think she bakes a pie for the Elrics and Winry.

Azumanga Daioh - In the first episode, there's a scene where Chiyo makes a cake and then Tomo and Yomi eat it.
Lucky Star - There's a few episodes involving baked goods. I don't know if chocolate cornets are baked or not but I'm sure there's some cake in there somewhere.
