Robi Raven 4-Ever

Post by jhayrelle » Thu Oct 20, 2005 2:12 pm

Hi to you all

Long time viewer of AMV's first time forum writter
I kinda wana ask if any one could help make a Teen Titans AMV using Click Five - Just the Girl as a track. Pairing Robin and Raven. I am just about two or more fanfics away from finishing the Robin/Raven section of Fanfcition.Net. I think these two are made for each other in the anime that is, in the comics it'd be Dick and Babs all the way.

Any ways that's my two cents.
Postive replies will be treasured.
Anything Negative will be added to the fire that heats up the house for the winter.

Just to let you know, Teen Titans isn't anime. I'm not sure whether or not that still restricts you from asking for TT video, though. I don't think so. Just know that if anyone created that video for you that he or she would not be allowed to upload it to a-m-v.org.

Well, I'm not a fan of that cartoon myself, but I hope that someone takes up your idea for you.

It walks like a duck and quaks like duck

Warning if does offend! I'm Sorry

Teen Titans Is An Anime, I don't care what side of the ocean it came from.
I read various articles both on-line and published works like Wizard stating the leading artis for TT, and they admit using anime as a base to keep the show original and keep both the attention of the Otakus, Comic Geeks and or god willing a combination of the both. Like the subject posted."If it walks like duck and quack like one." Yes, I know that Anime originated from Japan who were in fluenced by American animation. It's like sharing a good idea and expanding on it. I just don't agree that this show does not fall under the category of anime. I 'll probably get a list of what makes a show an anime, and yes I'll read and point out to the episode what most of those might be in comparison to TT.

There'smany countless example of the anime shticks that the show has use to keep my attention short of the the happy dance with the Japanes paper fans.

I m sorry if I do offend any who reads this. It is after all just an opinion. I love the show it showed promise of a good uninion of American stories with a good dose Japanese stoy telling influence.

To the modirator I'm sorry if this does upset you, but my friend always tellls me to stand up to my belifes (however corny they be) and ask leniency before giving me the my walking papers from the board and AMV's altogether.

I'm sorry. This argument has been done a thousand times already. Regardless of what you say, www.AnimeMusicVideos.org does not consider Teen Titans to be anime. You can argue 'til you're blue in the face, but you won't win. The decision was made a long time ago and it won't be shaken.

Believe me, I sympathize. I would love for this site to be able to house all types of videos - not just anime - but that simply cannot happen. This site is non-profit, and it's barely scraping by just hosting anime. It couldn't afford to take on more.

I'm not saying that your idea couldn't be made. The video just couldn't be uploaded here since it does not fall under the site's criteria of what makes an anime an anime.

Long story short, please don't try to argue this point. It's dated, and you won't win.

I still do hope that someone takes on your idea.
