I got my new website with space free, and bandwidth, I need to get hits to keep it up. Should I repost the direct link for Tribute to Guts .. or the direct link to Chihiro's Moment?

Of course if that is not possible for a certain reason,
I think direct linking the video with the best hit/star/opinion count should be best for the most hits.

lol ... I'll see what I can do, I have 3gb of bandwidth per month, it can be upgraded with posts at the webhost forum, but thats "a lot" of posts. If I can only get one direct up, which should it be?

I think it will matter on how you want to go about it.
You might want to go about direct linking what you think your best video was, or what the public seemed to rate the highest.
Or you might want to direct link the newer or lower rated videos to give more attention to it.
