Anyone else watch their own AMVs excessively for no reason?
I don't mean just looking for past errors. I just mean, you watch your own AMVs over and over out of some kind of twisted narcissism.
I mean, I pull out my Lee and Zabuza tributes at least once a week and watch them three or four times in a row. I don't know why. I -know- everything in the world is wrong with them, yet I somehow manage to still have a lot of fun watching them.
Or am I just a freak?

I also ment to include Mood. often times I;m just in a mood and want to reflect that mood in my AMV. Or a song puts me in a mood I want to reflect in my AMV. (Angels Redemption and Oratorio of Ghibli are such examples)Bakadeshi [AuN Studios] wrote: Most of my videos have some kind of sentimental attachment to them, weather it be to a person, or to a song/anime,

I tend to watch my own videos for a while after I'm done with them. This only lasts for the first couple of weeks. They're on a constant loop on my media player.
After a month or so, it dies down and I stop watching them as much, then eventually, at all. [/list]

A new vid has a week 'free' to repeat on my player before I kick it off. After that, I go in spurts - I'll get an urge for a certain type of vid and make a playlist to watch. Or I'll suddenly think of an anime/song/character/theme and want to watch something for it (that I know I'll like watching) - so I find the appropriate vid and repeat it till the urge is fulfilled. If the vid doesn't exist, I'll look for one. And, naturally, if I can't find one, I'll make one. I like to spoil myself, so if there's a vid I want to watch, I'm going to find a way to watch it, whether I search days to find it, or make it myself. ^_^
So...for the title of this thread... Yes, I do rewatch my vids, but I have a reason, and a good reason. I rewatch them because I enjoy it, and unlike cravings for sweets, it won't make me fat.

I usually end up watching them whenever going through my old AMV CD collection. It's kinda like watching those 8mm films with clips of your family and friends in them, bringing up questions like "Man, what was I thinking?" or statements like "Wow that really makes me wonder..."
Honestly, I love watching my videos. Most of em anyways.
