There was probably a 10 year gap between him and Kyd writing the Ur-Hamlet and then him doing the Hamlet we now know but for all intents and purposes they are different plays that individually only took as long as plays usually took to write... which isn't very long.

Just posting what my English teacher told me, I may have misheard/misinterpreted her, but she said something along the lines of the play being started, stopped, refined, and finished over a period of ten years.

If it's a simple enough mistake that you made it, it's a simple enough mistake that others might reasonably not catch it. As I have yet to see any reasonability from you in this thread, I suppose that might not be surprising.

I can highly recommend the 'preview' feature for checking you made no accidents in posting.
