Looking for a show...

um, gilgamesh. this anime was recomended to me a long time ago, but i never really found it. but after they told me bout it i looked up some AMVs about it on the org and one had this chick shooting herself in the head.

Oh yeah. There's another one I remember with another anime that might be a little hard to find but more known then my last post. It's Petshop of Horrors and I think in the episode called Doom or something. Yeah, a main character bites the bullet. Seriously

Here's a coupla caps from Monster, ep. 10.

I'm sure some photoshop on a few frames work could make this one into a good choice (the moment the guy shoots, it cuts to a different scene for a few seconds so you don't actually see the shot, just the before and after, like I said.)

Nope, not licensed yet, and might not be for a while, since I suspect that it will be very hard to sell either to the mainstream market or the typical anime fans (it's too serious/realistic/un-fun to make a lot of money).

Is that good or bad? I do want to buy it, even if it will be a huge series when it comes out.

Anyways, yea, this is somewhere 1/3 of the way through ep. #10.

You probably know where you can get it now, too...

It surely won't be a crime to do that - there's no DVD's of this in Japan yet even; otherwise, I'm sure there's another anime somewhere you could use.

I don't know what it is you want to do, but as a note - the guy is of almost no importance in the series, and he only shows up in this one scene, talking to the protagonist for a few minutes then pulling the trigger. You don't see anything of him besides him sitting in a chair holding a gun from a lot of angles, and a single still photograph.

Anyways, good luck if you do go for whatever it is you plan to do.

Okay, I know there's one in Spriggan, but I have no idea where - Just saw it in a music video to "A Day in the Life."

I think I remember seeing another instance in the "History in Anime" - "We Didn't Start the Fire." There's a good many animes involved in that project, I just remember seeing it in there somewhere.
