Wow, so many responces! Thank you for sharing your anime wisdom.
I did see the Teen Titans epsiode, and I debated if that counted or not. (Most of my friends said it wasn't "real" anime, but I still like it so it will probably go in.) I'm not a fan of South Park by any stretch of the imagination, so I won't be using that.

As for Cowboy Bebop - in the mushroom episode, Ed is chasing a bunch of people on top of a train and the train has to stop short because there's a cow standing on the tracks. (Ein thanks the cow later on.) FYI the only reason I actually know this is because one of my friends showed me the episode yesterday and when the scene came on, I pointed at the screen and yelled, "COW!" She thought I was insane. (Not that she didn't earlier, I guess it just proved her point even more...)
