There's a song by Queen called "Don't Stop Me Now", and the type of AMV I'm thinking of is Action/Comedy/Crime, like something fast paced and crazy, about say someone going postal or something. Stuff like a guy shooting at stuff out his car window , and some crazy shit. Anyone know any animes like this? Here are the lyrics:

I haven't heard that song in particular, but the lyrics make me think of Cowboy Bebop. *shrug* Just an idea. Or maybe Outlaw Star.

Never saw this anime, what episodes in particular have suitable clips?

Well, there's 43 episodes altogether, and each one has stuff that would fit. It's a really wild and crazy anime. If you focused on Onizuka's character alone, that would give you plenty of clips from ANY episode. (The first few revolve around his involvement in a motocycle gang and trying to get a job as a teacher.)
