Melanie C music videos

Well, I'm going to be cliche and start a "why don't we use more of <insert artist here>?" kind of thread.

In this case, the artist I'm referring to is Melanie C. Formerly a member of the Spice Girls, she later moved on to cut a solo album - one which was sorely overlooked. Because of the way the girl group "fell from grace," I don't think the public gave her material a fair chance. As such, I've only found a single AMV on this site put to her music; even then, it wasn't a song I liked as well as some of her others.

I've really enjoyed her CD Northern Star and I think others would too. That said, I'd like to propose a few suggestions for her music.

"Northern Star" - Saikano, possibly Serial Experiments Lain, a Kirika profile for Noir
"Feel the Sun" - besides an obvious (and, again, cliche) suggestion for the End of Evangelion, I also think that this piece would work well with Ah! My Goddess, and especially Saikano
"Closer" - Kare Kano, Angel Sanctuary, possibly Fruits Basket (if you consider Hatori and Kana)

Those are just my three favorites, but there's a lot more potential AMVs just waiting to happen from that CD.

I tried to search out sound clips to give you an idea of what the songs sound like, but I couldn't find a good site.

I hope that someone will seriously think of using Melanie C's music - it's fairly versatile genre-wise, so I'd be surprised if people couldn't find something they liked. The song "Northern Star" is my personal favorite from the CD and the song that I would most like to see in an AMV.

Ok I'll download the songs and see what they sound like ^_^

I'll be really interested in making another Noir video I have a hard time trying to find songs for it. lol .

If I do make them I will use the anime listed

"Northern Star"- Noir because I don't have Saikano or Serial E Lain.

"Feel the sun" to Ah my goddess [only anime i have from the list of anime you said would go with it]

I'll be glad to make them as soon as I download the songs and listen to them to see what they are like. ^_^

Hey, if you would consider making any of the videos, I'd be very grateful. Mostly, I'm just trying to get awareness of her music out there because it does seem so overlooked. That's why I suggested those ideas.
