I'm searching for a special AMV from Devil May Cry 3 where Dante will fight a Guitar (Nevan weapon ingame).

Okay, there are plenty of AMVs that use that cutscene. You'll have to be more specific about what video you're looking for. Musical artist, video editor... things like that.

If you give a little bit more info, I'll see what I can do to help.

I don't searching for concrete AMV. I'm searching for all such videos.
I just don't know Title names.

In that case, take Jaddz's advice and do a Super Search. From personal experience, I can tell you that probably three quarters of the DMC3 videos on this site use that cutscene. It would be more of a hassle for anyone to link them all than to just have you look for them yourself.
