It's a spell checking extension for Firefox, and it's easy to use. It helped me to correct 2 words in this post alone!

First of all make sure it installed properly. When I installed it I couldn't get it to work, then I realized that Firefox didn't restart properly, and there was an instance of it still left in the task list, which I had to end manually.
If the plugin is properly installed, then you should be able to start typing text in a text area like right here on the forum, then right click in that text area, and you should see an item called "Check Spelling" with a very colorful little icon beside it.
