I'm not experienced in downloading anything, so I'd like to watch some music videos online. Can anyone tell me how?

Because you kinda have to download. Streaming isn't really an option, most of the time.

Well, no, because as I said, streaming isn't really a viable option.

Most people would just save to the local HD, anyway.

If I understand what you're trying to say:
You know a place where I don't have to download?

Techincally you can't watch Music Videos online without downloading one way or the other. Video streaming is still technically downloading to watch it.
