PLEASE HELP ME!

Can someone pleeeeaaassseee help me! I'm trying to upload a video I've been working on all week, and I have everything in order except getting the amv on the site! Oo;;; *heavy sigh* All this is so new to me, and its driving me crazy! The file is the right size and all but it’s this linking and uploading stuff that's throwing me off. Help and suggestions will be SO GREATLY appreciated!!! ^_^
