You might want to remove the word entirely from the phrase "videos made entirely of non-anime footage" because some might get the idea that if it has 3 seconds of anime it is alright with the rules. I think we need a percent in the place of the word. From the feeling of this forum I would say absolutely no live foot age but that is my opinion I have gether from hearing yours. I may be wrong. When I was reporting local videos and tried to institute a percent rule, AD said any anime made it okay.
So I guess that means if you have three seconds of anime, it's allowed. =\

When it comes to that it's a case by case thing. I don;t want to talk percentages - someone could tack 1 min of naruto to the end of a matrix video and try and justify it if we did that. It's pretty obvious is a video is or is not an anime music video.
