Edit?

So after a long time i searched a edit button on the Forum... but there is no one. Why? This is for me an important button... Is there a way to get this button to this forum?

I think it was once said that they won't allow edit buttons, only in certain sections of the forum, so if you write something against the rules, you can't go back and edit it out before they get to you.

it is not for things against the rules, i will make never against it...
It is good for me to change mistakes in grammatik,spelling, make it easier to read and to understand.
Because I am really bad in english and have some problems with it... I hope someone understand this what i wrote here XD

the argument is that we already have a preview button, which should be enough for people to proofread.
If there was a forum-wide edit button, people could pass out links to porn, fansubs, etc and then just edit their post before a mod/admin could get to it.

that's the main point, but this topic has been discussed many, many times. you can either look through about 10 pages of topics in this section until you find another "why don't we have an edit button" topic (it hasn't been brought up in a while) or you could use the forum search function

In regard to this comment, yeah, some people can be kind of hard to understand, but you seem to be just fine. I didn't have any trouble reading your posts, and I was going through them quickly. So don't be too concerned about it. ^_^
