Yet another Uploading problem

Yet another Uploading problem
Im have this one problem uploading. I filled out ALL the information for the video and when i go to "Upload Video" it says that "You have no videos with completed information to upload." this has greatly confused me, can anyone out there help with my situation?

Common mistakes people had were checking the box after selecting the anime and music selection-when you're not supposed to.
