Link Ordering

Would it be possible to display Local links as the first link on a video info page? Right now, all of my videos that have direct links all have the direct link before the Local link. A lot of people probably just click the first link that they come to. For me, my direct links are often substantially lower quality than the local versions, and I don't really want people watching them ^^;
And my direct links seem to get a LOT more hits than the local links, and I wonder if this is simply because the Direct links come first.

I've always come to think this happens because the local download has a 10 second download period, and direct links don't.
