Problems with upload......Help :(

Hello, I have a little problem : I started upload, and in 32% of uploading my amv, I lost connection with amv server. The problem is, that by mistake I confirmed that amv (I mean, this 32% of my amv, that was downloaded). I don't know what to do, to delete this amv, or replace it with the same amv. I can't upload it again, because when I go to "Upload Video" it says that "All of my videos are uploaded." I also can't connect with amv server on the same login and password...... Please, help me if there is some option, and I can fix it somehow.... I'm not good in english and I don't know what to write in "Request Deletion of Bad Video Entry"....Please help....

Explain in the delete video entry that you want the local download removed.
If you cant write english very well, something like this would work fine I believe:

"Please remove the local download for it is a corrupt file that was incorrectly uploaded. Thank you."

Yeah, write something like this in the comment box and you should have the local download removed.
And, then you can go to Upload video and try uploading again.
