Same Stuff, Cant Upload my AMV :(

I did everything the instruction say, but im stuck on the confirmation page, every time I click on it (confirm button), nothing happen it just read something but the page stay the same, I just want to know if is my Internet connection or if the webside got something wrong with it, or if is that Im just to dumb to figure it out.

Note: Need help Im slow

What I means is that the page load the same stuff over and over again, i keep clickin on the confirm button, but is always the same, the page would load again as if i didnt click on it.

I think there is a checkbox on the page (don't quite remember clearly...); did you tick it?

sticky? no didt c any check box, hey question do i have to have the video in the comp before i upload it, or can i confirm it without having the video in the comp.
