Help installing after effects and photoshop

I just bought after effects and photoshop and i chose to download it. When i open the setup it gives me error messages. Did i do soemthing wrong? Im on hold with tech support atm but i wanted to see if maybe you guys could help and save me hours of hold time.

Are you using Windows XP? That's a common one...

Maby the download was corrupted.

Try re-downloading the files.
