How about incompadable RAM? I've seen this problem when someone slapped PC3200 in a board that can only take PC2700. Due to speed errors, it never worked and constantly got Blue Screens of Death NT (Not to be confused with the 9X versions).
You may also have a corrupt OS, deleting and reinstalling the OS may work too. (Reformat I belive is always avoidable and to this day have stuck to it.)
Good luck.

Well, that was the thought in my mine too, Zero. Maybe the RAM is incompatable. But the packaging said it guaranteed compatability. Maybe they lie...
I've reinstalled the OS so many times to try and fix the same problems. So that doesn't seem to be helping.
But this board did say it can handle PC3200 RAM, BTW. It's the maximun the board can handle.
Thanks for your suggestion.

NOOOOOOOO! DON'T DO IT!
That switch is for matching the PSU to your wall voltage!
Hopefully you read this before you try, or you may end up with anything from a blown PSU fuse, to a destroyed computer and/or PSU.
450 should be enough, as long as it's a quality unit that actually delivers near it's rated power, and correct voltages.

Oh, don't worry I didn't do it. It was just a thought.
But the damn thing seems like it's in perfect condition. My voltages don't really fluctuate to the point where it dick it up. Unless it only does it when I can't track it...
I might just try replacing it. Even though it has only not started up once this week. THAT'S TOO MANY! :angryhitler:
