Premiere Audio Messing up...

Post by xTrunkZx » Thu Dec 09, 2004 10:43 pm

This just started recently when i brought my computer back from my old house. Now when I first started premiere had a problem where my video wouldn't show up... thats been resolved and now it shows. Now there seems to be a problem where my audio seems non-existent. It plays in media player but not in premiere. Not even on the export. Im thinking it might be a codec problem but im not sure. Before i convert an mp3 to wav and it worked but I do do the same for another mp3 and now it doesn't work. anyone know what might be wrong?

Are all your project's audio settings okay?
Did you accidentally deactivate the audio track?
When you converted the MP3 to WAV, did you decode it or just direct stream copy?

Make sure you don't delete your "Conformed Audio Files" Premiere automatically makes.

I figured it out... i made another project and save the audio file in it.. then imported the project to the original one and it worked fine. :? wierd but effective
