Grunge/Old Filter or Effect?

I'm in the middle of making a trailer and one of the songs I'm using uses cracks and pops to make it sounds older (Sounds like something you'd hear off of a record). I was wondering if there are any grunge or old film effects, filters, or tricks out there that can help me.

If you're using Premiere, this plugin should work:

Vegas has aging filters which do basically the same thing, but I don't know about any others.
