video help

I kinda got a big problem see I tried using the dvd2avi to get the best video quality out of my dvd. I tried everything but this has the best looking footage then the other products ive used. Anyway the file is WAY too big so I was wondering if there’s a way to reduce the size or another product that can bring out great looking footages.

You might just have to deal with the large filesize. That is, if you want it to look it's best. If not just make high quality avi files. They won't be as big. But they will not look nearly as good.
