Convert Real Media to Microsoft Media format?

Sorry, I don't know what section to put this in. Is there any software that can do it. So I can edit in Windows Movie Maker, that piece of crap.

Yes, and it still does it. It says not responding. I hit CTL + ALT + Delete and it shows two programs that look the same. Even when I uninstall, there is still an icon on my desktop I can go to which acts like the one I had installed.
