You click the circle ("radio") button to the LEFT of the title, not the title.

you only confirm the video AFTER you upload it.

. I just uploaded my video the second time and no Radio Button was there,
but I think I know why it's not showing up - wrong name on the file!

See? It`s all in the guides, wether we like it or not. "Read the guides" is a failproof piece of advice.
