How Can I Tell Her by Lobo (1973)
Set to the sad, yet beautiful anime "5 Centimeters Per Second" by Makoto Shinkai.

I first heard this sad song while traveling alone in Japan, and felt it would really fit this anime. If you haven't seen the anime, it's about a guy who clings too hard to the memory of a lost love, and in doing so neglects the girl who loves him in the present.

I've tried to make the video as self-contained as possible so that it suits the song without needing to watch the anime. Editor used: Sony Vegas Pro 9.

maybe its due to the fact that I've seen a ridiculous amount of sentimental/ drama AMVs using 5 Centimeters per Second. Or maybe its due to me not really liking your song choice. But for whatever reason, I couldn't really get into this AMV, and it started to drag on halfway through.

I personally feel that your amv would have flowed better if you had utilized a few cross-fades here and there. Also, the video probably would have benefited from you cropping the song a bit. I think that I would have liked this AMV more if it was shorter.

I boycotted this movie after sitting through it's horrible premise and plot. Probably the worst movie I've ever watched, right up there with Miyazaki and the Clannad franchise. I'm sorry but next time you want me to watch a video, use Honey and Clover, or Minami-Ke, or maybe fruits basket, or at least cowboy bebop.

Hmmm, okay:

Superb quality of audio and video, though local could've used 480p or 720p version, 360p is a little low nowadays.

The editing - honestly, as a story of a love triangle, it could've used less of their "adult" scenes - they just didn't fit in. The mood was great, but the adult images didn't fit in, especially since the third arc lacked the third girl. IMO you should've used only the first and second arc. Rating it 4/5, the actual score being slightly below 4.

it was so boring I skipped through it. The song and anime are both boring, so the video itself is boring. I gave it a 1/5 because it is simply boring. Try harder next time. Listen to some Marilyn Manson and watch some Urotsukidoji.
