- Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

At best it was okay. Right off the bat, you're using a song that has already been overused beyond all measure and that's going to turn off many people from ever downloading this. Aside from that though, the lip sync was quite sloppy, the repeated scenes really did not serve you well, and the constant color changing was ill-advised. You seem to be trying very hard to make an effects video with mediocre effects.
Not all that bad for an early video, but you've still got a long way to go. Try focusing more on making the footage alone work with the music without trying to force it through with effects.
