You came off to an alright start, but you never picked it up at :30. There are a lot of usable action scenes in code geass to help out in your action segments. The concept was barely fleshed out. The source combo is pretty good, but there's a lot more dramatic scenes in code geass that you could've used to correlate with the song. Also, the transitions were pretty cheesy.
The quality had a few issues too. Some scenes had interlacing artifacts and there was blocking going on. Overall it didnt look so sharp. Also, the video doesnt play in the right AR in MPC, but it does in VLC, so you may want to mention that somewhere.

tl;dr : DIE IN A FIRE
Actually, I liked it pretty well. The filesize was too bit, but it was a pretty nicely edited and quality-wise Code Geass AMV. Nothing revolutionary, but it was like watching nightly news. You know exactly what's going to be on, but it's always fun watching the newspeople make hilarious mistakes in pronouncing foriegn names.
