Yeah, I'm re-downloading some episodes in Higher Quality as I type (so my next Xam'd AMV will be awesome in HQ. =D)
Not sure if I can compress it now (I think I'd have to re-save it, unless I use Winzip. But I don't think I can upload Winzip files to Megaupload...), but next time I'll keep that in mind. =)

Nah, don't use WinZip. he was talking about better compression to mp4, with 4:41, I'd expect about 50-60MB, 80 for some pretty good quality (in h264) ;>
It's about encoding - we all improve all the time ^^
